2026-09-16
We preview the upcoming NXL Lone Star Open, break down the layout using The Field, analyze Seattle Uprising and Houston Heat, and discuss the sudden reappearance of the rare Angel Eyes mask.
We kick things off with our full NXL Lone Star Open preview, diving into team standings, key prelim matches to watch, and what to expect from squads like Edmonton Impact, Houston Heat, and Seattle Uprising following their breakout finals run. We also take a virtual walk around the new Texas layout using The Field to see how those center beams and snake lanes will actually play. Then, we dive into one of the weirdest gear stories of the week: the sudden reappearance of eight ultra-rare Angel Eyes prototype masks hitting the market for $2,000 each. We look into the lore of why the mask was canceled, whether these prototypes are real, and revisit classic 2002 Dynasty footage alongside insane gameplay from Euro Super Game.
