Now that the Millennium Series have increased the CPL to 20 teams, the CPL teams are starting to roll in.
Rønholt Blast have confirmed they will be making the leap from the SPL to the CPL for the 2017 season. Blast finished last year in 4th place overall; their best finish was 4th place at both the Chantilly and Bitburg events.

With the Millennium’s move to 20 teams in their premier division, the league is in need of six new teams that are willing to make the bump to play with the big boys. The Millennium will have to fill the four new spots, as well as the two spots that Nexus and Ground Krontol left, after they were relegated back to the SPL at the end of the season. No other teams have confirmed their jump to the CPL but we imagine, Russian Legion Moscow, Red Storm Moscow and Amsterdam Heat will be making the change.
