Dave Bains of Edmonton Impact is set to be Impacts full-time coach. Over the last two years, Bains has slowly been transitioning out of a playing role and into a coaching position. The Los Angeles Ironman have added to their already impressive list of pickups, in the way of veteran snake player Demetrius “Metr” Ninios. Ninios has played for San Antonio X-Factor, AC Dallas and most recently LA Infamous. The Ironmen are looking strong; at least much stronger than last year. Chicago Aftershock’s off season has been rough. The team has lost nearly half their roster to either players retiring or moving to other teams. There are only three players returning from last year: Bryan McKenna, Carl Markowski and Ryan Rodarte whom only played World Cup last year with the team.
