Not that this is surprising, but the NPPL has canceled their first event that was scheduled for March.
Late last year the NPPL announced that they would be making a comeback, not in its recent 7-Man style, but rather a mash up of woodsball, speedball and other various concept fields. The league was also going to institute new divisions: Pro, Amateur A, and Amateur B.

With only three teams confirmed for the first event, the league have decided to pull the plug on the first tournament. We are told that it is just the first tournament, and they will continue to seek out teams and drum up support for possible future tournaments.
